so this afternoon my roommate and i decided to go grab some dinner from the local chipotle and, as we live only a short distance from the franchise, we decided it was a good idea to walk.
little did i know that the j-dubs district convention here in sacramento was just getting out (the auditorium is literally smack in the middle of downtown and its attendees have to park in garages scattered a couple blocks away in every direction) so men in cheap suits and women in unflattering dress' were walking all over the place as though someone had antagonized their ungodly ant hill.
and, for sacramento, this of course is the complete opposite of the normative - that is to say, our streets are usually filled with well dressed, immaculately groomed, 'i know exactly where i'm going' government officials that monopolize the state capitol m-f. .
The meeting reinforce that belief it's like someone who have a drug addiction, I feel great

ok we all say stupid things (probably on a daily basis in my case) but my mother (a jw) was told by another member that she doesn't have a conscience because anyone who smiles as much as she does simply can't have a conscience.
i bet you can guess the person who said it to her has a face like a wet weekend.. i guess the reasoning is: if you had a conscience you wouldn't have much to smile about because you'd be overwhelmed with guilt and worry.

Satan and his followers don't understand the bible or spiritual things. I guess
they can't read. Satan understood the trials of Jesus and Job. Is there a barrier
around the KH to keep Satan from sitting in the back row in the KH to get a little
insight. I don't think so, he would be bored out of his mind or he will conclude,
great these people are doing a good job in screwing up the bible.

she is pushing 80 and will never change.
There was and still NO plan for retirement for JW seniors. It goes against their teaching.
Have anyone ever heard a talk on Proverbs 30:25 "the ants that store up food all

within the past couple of days, women in nyc are going around topless in public.
i read in a news article, that in new york city, there are no laws against women going topless in public.the article says that family people are getting offended and they want to stop topless women in public.
in europe women show their breasts on on tv, the beach, and breast feeding in public.
There are two places that I know if a woman walk around nude forget topless she may get
a minute glance, Casinos and race track(horses). Don't bother a guy when he is shooting dice,
playing cards, playing the slots or handicapping the next horse race.
Topless is no big deal anymore. You can damn near see it in most commercials today,
what does a burger have to do with a woman breast.

SS disability is very hard to get permanent. Back injury is a thing of the past, I knew
a few people who tried it. They do check to see if you really have a back injury.
I know of a guy who kept passing out on the job, he was 55 years old. He went in to
see if he could get SS disability and was awarded early retirement, 100% of his SS.
His problem, extreme anxiety disorder. So he had a mental disorder. He couldn't be
retrain for any type of job. Maybe that is what JW's are using.

It's really sad, most of the brothers that came in the 60's and 70's are still working because
they kicked in very little for SS. I know of a couple of brothers that married sisters and these
sisters had unbelieving mates who died. The sisters unbelieving mates worked their whole life,
so now the brothers is living off the unbelieving mate SS.
it seems that as ex jw's, we have a harder time with ttatt then other religions.
is that just because we claim to only use the bible unlike mormons?
is it because they like no other religion keep claiming to be jehovah's organization?
asia for the asians, africa for the africans, white countries for everybody!.
everybody says there is this race problem.
everybody says this race problem will be solved when the third world pours into every white country and only into white countries.. the netherlands and belgium are just as crowded as japan or taiwan, but nobody says japan or taiwan will solve this race problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.. everybody says the final solution to this race problem is for every white country and only white countries to assimilate, i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.. what if i said there was this race problem and this race problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into every black country and only into black countries?.
hello all- nice forum.i have been contemplating a fade for a while, and i have been reading various sites such as this one.
i have seen all kinds of things that have made me think.
but something came to mind lately, and i wanted to throw it out there-satan was cast down to the earth, and he is supposedly the cause of all imperfection.
Why can't GOD forgive Satan? Hell by now Satan must realize he screwed up, or, or
Satan believe he is winning this stupid game. JW belief, 8 billon folks will go up in smoke
that tell me Satan won the bet.
